Consist of a new 2 story 2700 SQFT concession/restroom building with covered picnic area  for the football and soccer programs of Douglas County. Building includes new men’s and women’s restrooms, football concessions area, soccer concession area, and a second story for scorekeeping office, new ADA compliant sidewalks to the existing parking lots, and new landscaping.
