Duncan Park Aquatic Facility – $2,100,000
In October of 2015, ICAN alongside Waterworks Atlanta was awarded a design build project with the City of Fairburn for 2.1 million dollars. With an existing aquatics facility that had become un-functional, the City pursued a design build team to revitalize the facility. The project consisted of:

- Interactive Splash Pad
- Two 100’ waterslides
- Underground Surge Tank and Mechanical Room
- Shade Structures
- Concrete Decking
- Play Features
