Senior Center Storage Facility – $300,000

ICAN was awarded to design and build a storage building for the Cherokee Senior center.  ICAN teamed up with Gaskins survey and engineering as well as Circle Square Architects to construct a document storage building.  Will have to adhere to and meet Cherokee county requirements for all site/civil and building codes.  Building will be 1 sided brick and 3-sided metal.  Framing will consist of wood studs and wood trusses.
